We were so thrilled to be able to attend the Iyengar Yoga USA National Convention in Dallas, April 11th - 17th. Six amazing days of practice with Abhijata Iyengar, grandaughter of BKS Iyengar. Abhijata's teaching picked us up and led us on a thrilling journey, as we explored the practice of Iyengar yoga! Each day left us uplifted and inspired, joyful and grinning from ear to ear.
