*must have Sirsasana & Salamba Sarvangasana in your practice
11:00am -12:15pm Gentle Yoga (Martha)
Supported and gentle yoga for all levels. This class incorporates the use of one of the most FUN, useful and creative props - the ropes! The rope wall can make poses accessible, challenging and fun!
6-7:15pm Beginner Level 1 (Sylvia)
A gentle paced class, with attention to modifications. Great for beginners and those that need/want to explore the use of props and alternatives to certain poses.

We will bend over backwards to find the joy in opening the chest and finding flexibility in the spine. Supported backbends that are accessible to Every - Body!
This class is appropriate for students with at least one year of yoga experience
