Moderately paced class for individuals age 50+ with some yoga experience. Class sequences designed to improve strength, stamina, balance, agility and stress management. Students will receive personalized attention and modifications will be provided as needed. Classes include active and restorative poses as well as basic breathing techniques to promote general health and well - being as functional mobility.
